Our Lifetime Warranty includes, at no cost to you, all Service Call Fees and any Equipment Replacement cost to the Security System that we installed for you, in your home or business, for as long as your Security System is Monitored by AKL Security Systems, LLC.

Warranty Service excludes replacement of batteries or repair of the system because of damage from: accident or abuse, misuse, faulty telephone or electrical connections, unauthorized repairs, vandalism, theft, Acts of Nature, cosmetic damage, door replacement, remodeling of the building where the security equipment was installed or other causes besides normal usage.

AKL Security Systems, LLC shall not be required to make repairs or replace any parts of the System that has been abused or not operated in accordance with the instructions that were provided to the customer at the time of installation.
